High frequency straight seam welded pipe mill

 

High frequency welded pipe mill is the special equipment producing welded steel pipe and profile pipe for industries such as metallurgy,construction,transportation,machinery,vehicles and so on.Take cold or hot rolled steel as raw materials,through cold formed and high frequency welding method to produce the round pipe,square pipe and rectangle pipe.

General processing:

 

Double head uncoiler  Shear & butt welder  Accumulator  Forming section(flattening unit+mani driving unit+forming unit+guide unit)  High frequency welding unit+ squeeze roller  De-burr frame  Cooling unit  Sizing unit and straightener  Flying saw under computer control  Run out table.

 

1.Double head uncoiler:

Loading the raw material then seperating the coil stock to next stage.

 2.Shearing and butter-welding machine:

 

Which insure two coiled steel strips shearing tidily and then welding together and leveling weld seam.

3.Accumulator:

 

Storing enough strips to ensure manin machine to run continuously during coil changing period.

4.Forming and welding machine:

 

After the steel strip entering into the forming machine,the steel strip will be extruded to a round shape by rollers.Then HF welding machine welding and connect the welding seam.Scrape clean the welding seam to make sure the pipe is smooth.

 

5.Sizing machine:

Pipe come from forming machine maybe not perfect and have some tolerance,so we need sizing machine to finish the pipe,achieve the accuracy we expected.If you want to produce square,rectangle or some special shape tube,we just change the molds of sizing machine.

 

6.Flying cutting saw:

Pipe or tube finished from sizing machine is very long,so we need fly cutting saw to cut the pipe we need,length can be setting according to your requirement.

 

7.Rut out table:

It is used to convey the finished pipe,can set the direction when pipe off line.Final worker pack it.
