3) Rolling forming system

18 groups rollers. Main rollers of this line are made by Cr12 (better material than Gcr15) mould steel material, all treated by full CNC precision machines, surface is quench treated, plated with hard chrome with thickness of 0.05mm on the surface after being machined by the exact machine tool, therefore the roller has very good rigidity, the sheet made by it has better quality and precision profile.

 4) hydraulic punching system

Distance of the hole can be adjusted manually by handlebar; vertical position is to be adjusted by inputting parameters into the PLC. Punching sizes can be changed,can be design by customer's requirements.

5) hydraulic cutting system

Cutting system is composed of body frame, Cutter mold, motionlink and hydraulic system. Body frame adopts high quality steel plate and welded it together. Cutting uses die-cut, the cutting blade material is Cr12 with quenched treatment. With 2 Guide Pillar for shearing support, which make the shearing more stable and longer life for cutter. Hydraulic system provide power for cutting.

6) PLC Control System
