     Composite Metal Deck rolling forming machine for USA is designed to make the composite metal decks in batch fully automatically. Metal deck is a key structural building component in steel construction typically found in commercial construction.Metal Deck is made by rolling steel coil to corrugated rolled to a specified geometry. Same like other metal deck. Composite Metal Deck is also made by cold forming structural grade steel coils into a pattern of flutes and ribs into various shapes. Each unique profile (the shape of the corrugation) and gauge (the thickness of steel used the profile) produces different material properties. As the corrugations of the steel give each profiles it's unique strength, engineers specify to maximize the steel decks strength to weight ratio for efficient design applications. Or said another way, the strength and stiffness of the steel deck panels are a combination of the shape of the ribs and the material properties of the steel.


1. The metal decking base frame we use 400 H beam, international standard frame to make sue strong enough.
2. The machine shaft we use 90mm and for the embossing shaft we use 120mm to make sure it can handle SG550 strong and thick
material.
3. The motors we use two big motor as 15 kw to make sure the power convey more easily.
4. Embossing roller design with the break to make sure feeding coil and do the embossing more easily.
